Generally it is just about people that are using the internet and the never ending creation and activities that are happening on the internet. web 2.0 also refers to the new internet pattern, the way people work and communicate with information distributed on the web. It also means that such programs that are created by people becomes free of those who created such programs, it is like these programs grew themselves, and develops through time.
